ABOUT US
ATOS brings to the projecOEDAS is one of Turkey’s biggest Distribution Companies (1.7 million customers, 6.1 TWh distributed energy, 49.000 km2, 24.000 km MV lines, 22.000 km LV Lines). OEDAS is responsible for electricity distribution of 5 different cities which are Afyonkarahisar, Kütahya, Bilecik, Eskişehir and Uşak , with a variety of network structures, customer types, and customer energy consumption profiles. It has 600 MW RES installed capacity mostly in rural areas (2GW more is expected to be connected in 3 years).
OEDAS ROLE IN BD4OPEM
OEDAS is one of the five BD4OPEM pilots demonstrating relevant solutions related with Operation and Maintenance, Flexibility and demand response, P2P trading, network planning and monitoring. We will also provide data from many varieties of customer types (residential, business, EV Charging infrastructure, industry etc), loads, overhead lines and cables; many different sensors like power quality analysers on TSO’s transformers secondary side, head of medium voltage feeders, head of distribution station outgoing medium voltage feeders; AMR (Automated meter reading) system is on LV side of distribution transformers, street lightening, high consumption customers and distributed generations, GIS, SCADA, Call Centre, that collected data on this region.
