The fourth BD4OPEM H2020 General Assembly was held in Barcelona on 22-23 November, 2021. All the involved partners in BD4OPEM met for the first time since the pandemic started. For a couple of days we updated each other on the progress within each of our respective work packages.

The progress of each of the nine work packages was presented by WP leaders with enthusiasm, especially in the light of a positive EU review in September 2021. Further, workshops were held about a number of central issues including data management, the open energy marketplace and exploitation of all services. It was particularly stimulating to be able to meet face-to-face after two years and we are grateful to UPC, who hosted the event.

While there is much work to do ahead, we are excited by the solutions and possibilities being developed. The coming 18 months are going to be exciting. Join the ride and keep abreast of developments through Linkedin and Twitter.
